People I Know: Greek Life Aquarium - Monotony

Recently at the Tennessee Association of Museums annual conference, I ran into some folks that have some musical talent. It made me think of other friends that I know who are playing gigs on a pretty basis and that I share a lot of popular stuff but not any of people I truly know. So I thought I'd take the opportunity to do so. With that being said Greek Life Aquarium doesn't exist anymore. One of the band members has moved on to form Tuscon Simpson ,which I will share later. I wanted to start with this song because I love the 80s sound of it.

25 Days of Ken's Christmas Music - Day 14

Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a big Merle Haggard fan. So I honestly couldn't post a list of favorite songs without including a Merle Haggard tune or two. If We Make It Through December - Merle Haggard I'm such a fan of Merle that I wanted to share more of his songs, so I created the playlist below. The first five are my favorites by Merele. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do. Lastly, the pressure is mounting to find good quality videos of the music I'm looking for to complete my list. My question to you is: Is video necessary? Would you be just as satisfied with a playlist like the one above. I could definitely get a lot more songs in that way.

Reunited-Peaches and Herb

In the category of "Things Kids Get With Their Fat-filled Meal," my 7 yr old received a karaoke CD and he and the 2 yr old sing this song very loudly in the car now. Not sure where you draw the line on cuteness and inappropriateness but I think we may have crossed it.
